Mark came to look at my oven and located the issue right away. He was quick and efficient when ordering the necessary part and was able to repair it with 2 days once the part arrived. I am home with a young baby so my time is limited and I truly appreciated the issue being resolved. The cost was totally worth it considering I thought I needed to buy a new oven. Thanks again, I will definitely pass on the company info to all friends and family in need!!

I chose Mark because he had favorable reviews on homestars and was not disappointed. During our initial meeting, he had found out that the new appliances I had bought were damaged while in transit. So he suggested I get new ones because damaged units could become problematic in the future. I appreciated him discovering the damage and then giving honest advice. He would've made more money had he installed the damaged appliances and then repaired them in the future if/when they broke. So after getting new appliances, he came again today and I couldn't be happier with the results. It was not a 'standard' installation since our new house is very old, but Mark was able to make it all work. He's knowledgeable, punctual, friendly and honest. You really can't ask for anything more than that. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs his services.

Mark, provided several services. Hood, Oven and Dishwasher. I had a couple of issues with parts on a water filter but Mark made went out of his way to make it right.

So glad I chose Baydoun. He replied to my email very quickly and came out the following day. He quickly diagnosed the problem and gave me an estimate which was even lower than the actual cost! Great professionalism. Highly recommended. I will be using him for my future projects! Don't hesitate to call him!

Our fridge was way too cold and freezer way too warm. Mark was the first to call me back, came out the next day. Diagnosed and fixed the problem right away. He charged us minimal cost for his time + the part (at cost - I looked to buy the part myself). Highly recommended.

Very happy with the service and price. We knew it was the defrost mechanism, and during initial call, suggested unplugging and allowing freezer to defrost, which provided a temp fix until Mike could get here. He then went out of his way to come early the next morning (7 am!) and the job was done by 7:30 = no mess, no fuss. The price was extremely reasonable. Excellent service - would highly recommend.

Excellent service, always answer the phone and come immediatly even on Saturday. They are friendly and knowledgeable. The price was excellent too. I would definitely call him again and recommend him to others.

Well, let me say.... Mark was late..... But he did apologize as he could not find the place (I guess his GPS got lost!!) After that it was 5 star services. He knew exactly what the problem was solved it in under 20 mins. Washer is working like a charm . I would recommend him to my friends. 5 Stars.

I was referred by a friend of a friend and was then convinced to call after I read the reviews. Mark and Robbie were amazing - prompt, tidy, friendly and did beautiful work. Given the age of the house nothing ever runs smoothly; but, they stuck with it without a break and honoured their quote which was considerably lower than any one else's. GRAEAT GUYS!!!!!

Overall satisfied with the installation of dishwasher. The staff was very professional and addressed any issues that came up while installing the dishwasher. I would highly recommend this business to other people.
