Mark, provided several services. Hood, Oven and Dishwasher. I had a couple of issues with parts on a water filter but Mark made went out of his way to make it right.

Appliance Repair review in Old Toronto

At first everything was ok. He (I think his name was Mark) game into install a gas line,wall oven dish washer and water line for the fridge. Everything was installed great except the waterline did not get installed due to a parts issue which he said he would come back for and install. Well after 1 missed apointment 8 phone calls and 2 weeks of waiting I installed it myself. He never returned my phones calls or put a tag on my gas line. I was very happy at first but ended up very disapointed. I just hate when companies do not follow through on what they say they will do. I choose baydoun based on their Home Star postive results so I think it is important to provide this feedback.
