We were very impressed with Mark's professionalism, attention to detail, and prompt arrival. He returned my initial call quickly and made time in the following week to do the install. He arrived right on time and ready to work. He was pleasant to deal with. The price included a non-standard installation, involving the cutting of cupboards and the installation of a receptacle. We would hire Mark back for any other appliance needs and would recommend him to anyone.

I have to admit that I am extremely pleased with the service, experience and professionalism that I received from Mark.

After trolling through the classifieds, I was unable to find any reviews on the companies listed on Kijii etc. I never feel comfortable about dealing with any company or service that has no reviews. So I turned to Homestars and I found Mark at Baydoun Appliances. They are actually servicing the West end of the GTA ( Mississauga in my case here ).

This is important because I found that many companies listed on Homestars clearly state that they only service Toronto but not Mississauga, Brampton or Oakville etc.

No worries, I kept scrolling down the listings until I found Baydoun Appliances which services in my area and I made a the call. Mark answered right away and he was able to accommodate my schedule ( next day installation at 4PM ). He quoted me $100 for the installation.

Mark showed up on time and he was done within 30mins !!! What a professional. He even found a fire hazard because the previous homeowner did not install a proper junction box for my old cooktop !!! I am lucky that the house never caught on fire.

So Mark who is a certified.accredited electrician completed the proper installation to ensure that everything done according to code. Thank Goodness !!! It is the best $100 that I have ever spent.

I am happy to have met Mark as I am happy to contact him for any repairs/installation etc. for all appliances in the future. And I will definitely recommend Mark to anyone.

Mark did a very good job for my stove repair. He quickly figure out what was wrong and came back at the next day with the parts. Charges were reasonable for the service provided and especially the parts . I will definitely recommend Mark to my friends.

I spoke with Mark on Monday and he came by on Tuesday to repair my washing machine. He was able to tell me over the phone an estimate for repair and what might be wrong with my machine. He was courteous, and a pleasure to do business with. I would recommend him to friends and family!

Excellent service! Best in Mississauga and surrounding area. Courteous, pleasant and on time. Very professional. What I was expecting to be a major part replacement turned out to be a minor adjustment. Explained work to be done and the cost before starting. Have been a regular customer and will continue to be so.

Quick, friendly service. The Washing Machine broke right before a business trip, leaving me with a hamper of dirty shirts. I called Baydoun at 11:00 am and the problem was fixed before 6:00 pm.

This was an extremely difficult installation in a kitchen with tile floors. Not only did Mark pick up the new machine for me, but he also was able to skillfully install the new one, without damage to the tiles. I am thrilled and recommend him highly to anyone who wants an honest, skillful repairman to deal with.
