Service technician Mark arrived at agreed upon time. Service was courteous, efficient, and professionally carried out. He came well equipped and was able to adapt to unique circumstances of installation. He left his card and offered his assistance in the event any difficulties arise.

I was very impressed with how speedy and efficient the young man was. Same day service on a Saturday was great. He knew exactly what he was doing and got the job done in 20 minutes.

Scheduled appointment for 6pm. Oliver arrived promptly at 6:10pm. On a Friday evening no less. Was extremely courteous, and helpful. Took him 10 minutes to find the problem. A sock stuck in one of the hoses. Great service from beginning to end. Will recommend in the future.

We looked into Homestars to find an appliance repair service for our 2 year old appliances. There was a sensor issue with the largest burners on our stove and we had issues with the icemaker of the fridge. We called Baydoun appliances and spoke with Mark, the son of the owner. He came out the next day to do an inspection of both fridge and stove.
The following day, Mark came out to replace the part on the stove and he came back 3 days later to replace the ice maker. on the fridge
The cost of the repairs was more than reasonable, considering the price of the parts, Mark is very knowledgable, fast, efficient and super pleasant to deal with.
The service was beyond excellent and prompt. We would like to recommend this company to anyone that needs any appliance repair!
We will certainly use this company again!!!

I was very impressed by the professionalism of this company. The job was well done, the old dishwasher removed for recycling and the price was very reasonable. I would definitely hire them again!
