Our oven stopped working. I found Baydoun's reviews on homestars and decided to call. Fast, friendly, efficient service and when I asked to verify the cost of the part ($495!) Mark gave me the part number and encouraged me to verify, which I did. Excellent service.

I would like to thank Mark did a great job on my front load washer drain problem. He is a very experience technician and always with friendly smile. He can quickly identify the problem and fix it within half an hour. I would recommend to anyone who needs appliance repair.

did two jobs repaired a broken part and then fix worn door ...fast, good service, fair price...doesnt talk too much but that's a good thing since he concentrates on what he is doing.

My refrigerator wasn't blowing cold air.As soon as I called the shop, they asked me questions and made an online diagnosis, and promised me a visit the same day.As per diagnosis, the owner's son replaced the defroster heater in my Maytag.The service was prompt, courteous, and professional.

Got in touche with Mark, who made an appointment to see me the next day. He asked for the model number of my dishwasher. Showed up the next day, knew exactly where the issue was, and had the correct part to fix it! He had my dishwasher working like new in about 15 minutes! Great job!

I called on Friday afernoon to have my washer fixed since another company that I had appointment booked with just called to cancel saying their technician was sick. They did not give me another appointment.Mark,Baydoun Appliances owner immediately scheduled me for the next day ( Saturday)and assured me he will have a technician.
