Top Tier HVAC

Robert and his team took the time to ensure the venting for the new HVAC system was managed correctly in an old commercial building. On time and well done. Would def recommend and would work with Top Tier again.

Rob responded to my request quickly and provided services quickly. The service call was quick and easy with no issues.

Rob provided me with a top to bottom HVAC system assessment (heat pump, furnace, tankless water heater and humidifier) in order to address certain deficits withmy system's function.

Numerous issues were expertly identified at the initial consultation, and a follow-up work appointment was conveniently booked shortly after to complete the agreed upon work.

This included:
- swapping the thermal expansion (TX valve) of my evaporator coil to the correct size in order to prevent system freeze ups
- adjust furnace slope to be within manufacturer spec
- install grounding wire for tankless water heater to bring it up to code
- clean heat pump outdoors to maintain function/ improve air flow
- (pending) resizing ductwork to accommodate 4 inch filter

Luckily for me on a really hot day, Rob was available immediately and replaced my thermostat. While he was checking the a/c unit outside, he saw that there was a lot of grass clippings and such in the filter I think it is and cleaned it out.
Rob was polite, efficient and got the job done at the right price for me!

Called in a pinch and they were able to get to me quickly and sort things out very efficiently.

My boiler was leaking threw an open pipe all over my basement floor. Rob replaced our expansion tank and relief valve within an hour and recommended a boiler maintenance in the future. Great response time and customer service.

When we looked into what thermostat would work best with our home we were amazed by the options. Rob at top-tier was able to show us what thermostat worked best with our system and was able to show us how to use it! We are beyond pleased with our enhanced eco-bee that rob recommended and installed for us.

LIFE SAVER!! My furnace died a couple months ago and Robert and his team were there in no time and replaced my furnace in under 24 hours.
It was during 3-4 straight nights of -15 to -20.
I don't know what we would have done without him.
Will definitely be using them again to replace my A/C unit in early June before the heat hits.

I had no hot water when I got up this morning and I got recommended to call Top Tier. What a great decision, Rob was super quick to arrive same day and was super professional. Definitely recommend for any hvac needs.
