I chose Mark because he had favorable reviews on homestars and was not disappointed. During our initial meeting, he had found out that the new appliances I had bought were damaged while in transit. So he suggested I get new ones because damaged units could become problematic in the future. I appreciated him discovering the damage and then giving honest advice. He would've made more money had he installed the damaged appliances and then repaired them in the future if/when they broke. So after getting new appliances, he came again today and I couldn't be happier with the results. It was not a 'standard' installation since our new house is very old, but Mark was able to make it all work. He's knowledgeable, punctual, friendly and honest. You really can't ask for anything more than that. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs his services.
