Our Samsung dryer stopped blowing heat and I couldn't figure it out. Mark and his team came out the next day and diagnosed the problem (the mother board). He got the part the next day and had the machine working in no time. They are fast, responsive and very reasonably priced. If you need an appliance repaired, these are the guys!

Mark was punctual, friendly and knowledgeable. He found the issues with my AC and fridge and fixed both in less than an hour, providing great advice along the way. The price was excellent too.

I would definitely call him again and recommend him to others.

Our 18 yr. old Sub Zero was not working in the frig part this morning. Found Mark via Home Stars,called and he indicated he would arrive around 1:00 pm today - he arrived at 12:45, diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and returned at 3:30 pm to install it. We settled a very reasonable bill, he left and I'm writing this at 4:00 pm with fully functioning frig. All in all a very, very refreshing experience. Thanks Mark!

I called last minute on a Saturday. Relay overload had blown. Marc came that afternoon with the new part. He was the only one of 7 people I called who could come short notice. Installed it and had every up and running in 20 minutes. Fantastic Job.

After 5 months of delay from the manufacturer, finally we got our built in fridge. And, we couldn’t wait any longer to see the fridge running. We called Marc for the installation. I know the complication in installing this product, but with Marc I had a full confidence. He came on time and installed the built in fridge like he was installing some ordinary fridge. The guy knows his work. BTW, Thank you Marc for installing the regulator on my Gas Cooktop for free.

Our washing machine stopped working on the weekend. With a young family, this was a major inconvenience and I didn't want to wait until Monday to contact the manufacturer's repair service. We called Baydoun's and were astounded that they came at 8am the next morning - on time as promised. The repair was fixed in just over a half hour. Mark was very polite and professional. We would highly recommend them.

Great service, fast, courteous and knowledgable....AND on the weekend during major laundry moment. Dryer fixed and disaster averted with totally clogged vent that had become a fire hazard. I'll have this company out once a year for ongoing maintenance. Very thankful.

Great job from these professionals! They knew exactly what to do and saved me a lot of hassle! I contacted other installers but they never showed up. These guys I found on Kijiji came to the rescue. I would definitely recommend them to others.

I had initially hired them to just fix the stove but they were so good I hired them to come back and fix a recently broken drier. They came back on-time and finished quicker than expected; they were well worth the money and I was really glad to get repairs done by a local guy (their location is less than 10 km away).
