Contacted Air Leaders along with 2 other HVAC companies looking for an emergency replacement of my 20-yr old broken furnace. Dan & team quickly differentiated from the rest ensuring quick communication, a same-day visit, a next day installation, a competitive price on a top brand furnace and a great service from start to finish. Air Leaders may not have some bells & whistles from larger companies like answering services and SMS/email updates but in my case it was that simplicity along with their responsiveness that set them apart from the rest. Dan helped us choose a furnace appropriate to our needs, and the installers worked quickly and efficiently, and cleanup was impeccable. My Enercare rented water heater was deemed a write off after a flood. The technician turned it off and I was going to rent another one from Enercare. But I decided to buy one and called Air Leaders. Dan answered right away and even came for a site visit on a Friday night. Without being a hard sell he convinced me a tankless water heater was a better option (my old tank had flooded my basement once already). They showed up exactly on time the next morning at 9am and were done by 12:30pm. Courteous, professional, no mess and everything went smoothly. It's rare to find companies this professional.

He very clearly knows his stuff. He came to look at the work we wanted done for a quote same day and has his team there for install a week later. The team who came to do the install were friendly, polite, worked hard to make sure the house was protected while they did the work and worked very hard to get the job done in one day.

He caught complexities in our installation that other companies missed and meant that his original quote and recommendations were correct.

He was also extremely polite, professional, friendly and communicative throughout our whole interaction, including after the install when I had to text him to ask him a question about our newly installed thermostat.

I contacted Air Leaders on a Wednesday. Dan got back to me right away and was very knowledgeable in discussing the job. The gas tech Rahim arrived Monday morning at the right time. He was professional and worked quickly and didn't bring dirt into the home. He capped an old gas line for a range and disconnected an old BBQ and installed the new BBQ with a quick disconnect. Communication was great and I am happy with the service. Highly recommend.

I was very impressed with the owner, Dan, and the team who installed our ductless heat pump/air conditioner . From start to finish, the project was done efficiently , with Dan dropping by for a good deal of the time to inspect the work and explain how to use the equipment. His prices were more than fair and we are satisfied with the experience. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for air conditioning or heating equipment. They left the work area spotless too.
