Very happy with the service and price. We knew it was the defrost mechanism, and during initial call, suggested unplugging and allowing freezer to defrost, which provided a temp fix until Mike could get here. He then went out of his way to come early the next morning (7 am!) and the job was done by 7:30 = no mess, no fuss. The price was extremely reasonable. Excellent service - would highly recommend.
