Mark came to look at my oven and located the issue right away. He was quick and efficient when ordering the necessary part and was able to repair it with 2 days once the part arrived. I am home with a young baby so my time is limited and I truly appreciated the issue being resolved. The cost was totally worth it considering I thought I needed to buy a new oven. Thanks again, I will definitely pass on the company info to all friends and family in need!!
