I am sorry to hear about your experience. I would ask that you call your local franchise and ask for a supervisor or manager to discuss your concerns, as it seems that you are outside my territory and have no access to your account. I am surprised to hear that after being a satisfied customer for many years you cancelled your services this past March? If you did cancel your services and the Customer service rep acknowledge that it was when you called the office, this issue should be easily fixed by a Supervisors/Manager in your local Weed Man franchise.

Unfortunately you are in the London area and under a different franchise that I do not have an access to. I can assure you that they take your concerns very seriously and all inbound calls will be documented to ensure proper quality control for their customers.

I am very surprised to hear of your concern this late in the season as we always price our customer for servicing their entire property and only adjust the pricing based on the customer needs or if there is no access to their backyard.
