After many years of being a satisfied customer, I cancelled their services in March of this year. On April 25, one month later, they applied a Spring Fertilizer to my lawn in error. When I saw the invoice in my door jam I called them immediately. A young lady (whose name I wished I had asked for) told me this: "Oh yes, I see you did cancel, I will take care of it". I never thought about it again. Then, the nightmare started: harassing phone calls and "overdue" invoices were continuously mailed out to me. I called and spoke to someone who had the nerve to say to me that nobody spoke to me on that day I phoned and said "we will take care of it". I even sent an email explaining all of this and perhaps they should just admit they made a mistake and MOVE on. Then I get an invoice stating that after many unsuccessful attempts to reach me I have yet to respond to them. I HAVE responded on many occasions. Initially, I thought they were a reputable company but now I am horrified that they would harass me this much. I have no intention of paying something that I don't owe. And they are threatening to have a collections agency come after me. I cannot tell you how stressed this has made me.

I am sorry to hear about your experience. I would ask that you call your local franchise and ask for a supervisor or manager to discuss your concerns, as it seems that you are outside my territory and have no access to your account. I am surprised to hear that after being a satisfied customer for many years you cancelled your services this past March? If you did cancel your services and the Customer service rep acknowledge that it was when you called the office, this issue should be easily fixed by a Supervisors/Manager in your local Weed Man franchise.
