Tried canceling after a few treatments and there is no record of us canceling, told we had to cancel with a manager. Now we are being asked to pay for 2 more services we never asked for. Tried to escalate but no one is taking this seriously. Our lawn looks worse then before we had their services. They won't transfer me to speak to a Manager either! Keep track of dates and names of people you speak with. I have never canceled a service where the service was never canceled and they keep coming back and charging you!!

I am sorry to hear about your concerns and would suggest that you email the franchise directly about your concerns. Unfortunately you are in the London area and under a different franchise that I do not have an access to. I can assure you that they take your concerns very seriously and all inbound calls will be documented to ensure proper quality control for their customers.
