DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!!. Save your time and aggravation. I have already documented how bad the admin staff are at scheduling and canceling. I paid $800 for a repair ($300 for the service call, and $500 for the part I was told needed to be replaced ). Less than 3 weeks later, my fridge was again freezing over and not keeping my food cold. I was told by the tech that i had a 2 month warranty. When i called and asked to speak to the manager - the only option was to go to an online chat (Wendy was the apparent manager). I was told that my warranty expired and there was "nothing they could do".....seriously????? $800 and less than a month later, the same issue happened????? Worst company start to finish i have ever dealt with on so many levels. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!

My fridge stopped working and my wife called this company to schedule a repair. The technician came and quickly looked at the fridge and told us that a new compressor was required at a cost of $1875.8 including the cost of labour that would be performed whenever the compressor was installed. I cancelled the service after finding out that I could buy a new fridge for less than the cost of repairing the old one. Now they are charging me labour that was not done. What was initially an $80 dollar visit to diagnose the problem turned into a $271.1 charge for a service that was never done. I called the technician (Sam) to inquire about it, but the guy does not answer the phone. I called the company and a rude secretary answered the call and refuses to speak to their own technician to sort this out. it's been 38 days since the cancellation and I still have not received a refund, which was supposed to take 15 business days. This is not a reputable company and I will never use their service or recommend them to anyone. They have no respect or consideration for their clients.

f anyone needs appliance repair, DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY!!! I can't stress enough, don't use them. My washing machine broke, and they came out on February 18th to tell me what was wrong. They had to order the part. I called them twice to find out whether the parts were in yet and they weren't. Then the parts came in for them to cancel 1 appointment, reschedule and I had to call them at 5:25pm when they were supposed to be here at 5, only to find out the technician had to leave his area, but no one called me.
Finally they came today with no apology or anything and were in and out in 20 mins.
Horrible customer service as well. They are very rude.

We called for a service on our 5yo LG Fridge. We agreed for the $80 service fee. It was worth it to get the final verdict on if it was dead. The repair person came looked at it and said that it just needed a reset and it would be fine. No doubt about it. Guaranteed. We were charged $327 for something that we now know was akin to unplugging it and had no chance of ever working. When I confronted them on the failed fix they did they just shrugged it off. So much for a guarantee. They then wanted us to pay over $1700 more to fix. They claim to be certified LG repair people. They arent. I found out on my own that my fridge still has the manufacturers warranty on the parts they wanted to fix. When I called them out on the warranty and on being authorized lg repair people according to their website... They said they were authorized but it would still be $1700 because they dont do warranty work. Right. Yet you claim to be authorized repair people? They pride themselves on misleading people. Which is extra cruel given the financial crunch everyone is experiencing. Shame on them

Came to the house, did the diagnostic and said we needed a new motherboard. No showed 2 appointments and then after the 3rd said "oh, now it's the water motor".

I refused to pay him saying "you have a $500 deposit and I'll pay you when the job's done." They refused to finish the work.

I called Samsung asking to purchase a water motor (I mean, how hard could it be?) and they said "Uhh, sir, there's no such part called that."

RUN AWAY.

They charge you $80 + HST just to visit your house. The problem is they then want $249 + HST just to diagnose the issue even if it is a simple one, and you already know what the issue is. They then quoted $300 for a simple part. The cost of repair was $549 + HST. That is more than I paid for our Bosch dishwasher.

No service done as promised. Technician has great people skills, once you're clinched by repair promises. You're trapped!

Do Not Be fooled. Companies with integrity do not treat their clients this way.

I called them to look at my washing machine which just stopped working - it's less than 4 years old. I was told the service call was $80 cash. Am I wrong to assume that a service call includes the diagnostic check? The tech came out and said he will waive the service call cost ($80) but the price is $290 + tax for his labour but this will go to the final cost of the repair and all I need to pay for are the parts when they come in. He was here for 30 min total. I called them after 2 days and was told the parts are not available. How does this make sense - my machine still doesn't work, there are no parts for it and I'm out of pocket $327!

They told us the parts were available so we gave them our money, weeks later the part was still on back order. This company hides the price of parts from Labour, they charged $755.00 for a sensor that retails for $34.22. Their excuse was the cost of stocking the part. Don't walk away from this company run like hell,

They told me I needed a new part for my fridge. I decided to get a 2nd opinion . But they charged me $350 just to look at the fridge . The new person I hired fixed it and it wasnt even the same as what the ateam technician said it was!!! The worst customer service in the world! Do not trust this horrible company!
