We hired this service to repair our LG dryer. It was making loud noises. On the first visit, the technician told us it was the drum bearings. We paid a $382 deposit and waited for the parts to come in. They arrived 6 weeks later and the technician came and installed them. It was still noisy. He told us it would quieten down in a while. We paid another $382 and he left. Shortly after that, the dryer stopped working altogether. We called them and were told it was probably the motor and that would cost about $1000. We asked for our money back. They refused. Not only did they not repair it, they made it worse.
