We agreed on $760. Paid half upfront. Week later he cam and installed part I paid balance. Next day ran dishwasher.. same issue. It wasnt fixed. A week later the same guy cam back. Spent about 10 minutes and said the diswasher would work but it would cost another $900 plus for parts and labor to me thats just crazy to pay almost$1600 to repair a dishwasher
Maria the manager or so she said would not allow me to speak to her manager she said he was a silent owner lol what Scer I am out $760 and still have a dishwasher that isnt working.
Why are they still allowed to operate in Intario

Its a sham. Theres a reason why these guys only accept cash or Interac. I was in a hurry so I didnt do the research - my bad. The service rep charged me $300 to diagnose the problem then another $400 for a part I later found out I could have bought on line for $75 (!!). Took him 1 minute to swap out the part. Do not deal with this band of pirates.

The worst!!!! Appliance repair company I have ever come across. BE AWARE!!! They had their technician come in and completely missed diagnosis our fridge issue. Which cost us $1000. Then, only to tell us that we need to spend another $800 for another issue that wasn't mentioned at the time of service. When we spoke to a service representative, they basically said there's nothing more they can do. All a bunch of incompetent fools. A Mickey mouse operation.

Call the company and they say its 80 for a tech to come out and look at the fridge. He tells me on the phone he can fix my fridge no problem, the mother board needs rebooting. Its a comon problem with LG. He can do it for 290 bucks. I say okay, and my wife paid the guy. Get home and fridge is not working and he wrote on the bill, needs new compressor. He misled me to pay more and took off. I feel violated by these guys. Called office and they are not any better. BEWARE...

Called for fridge repair. Technician said that need main board replacement and everything will be good. After replacement fridge still not working. When called the office, customer service representative said that needs more $1500. So, in total it is a cast of a new fridge. How to name this kind of business? For me it is a pure .
My suggestion is not to use this company and even not to come closely.

Technician came and diagnosed washer might main board problem and charging $280 but end of washing the filter only with charging the same., horrible customer service as well, not response your clarification questions at all. Absolutely walk away from this vendor

Paid 300 for their technician to arrive, tell us the drum is broken and leave. They are horrendous and mislead their customers.

80 dollar service fee is just for the technician to come to your house. Then you sign for 290 dollars for him to diagnose. Says you need a new part, another 372 dollars. This took three weeks. When he removed the board where the time and controls are, he ripped the surrounding sticker which left it ugly, and unsightly. He said he could replace it for another 90 dollars. We said no. We had already paid too much. So, yes the oven works, but we are left with an unsightly panel. They should have replaced that part for free, since he ruined it. It just isn't acceptable workmanship or good customer service. I can't say we are happy with this place. I would not recommend!

Waiting 2 1/2 months for a overcharge of $337.60
They have a ticket 218495 for my over charge of $337.60 and have promised of 11 weeks now to mail me a refund cheque. Each time I call (30 ) times at lease they say its priority and owner has to come in at end of month to sign 8 different employees have told me its coming 24hrs, then 48 hours then at end of month. BBB has called but they do not respond There are hundreds of negative review on their site with good people being owed hundreds. CBC did an article in2019 Nothing changes DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
They just torture me and lead me on 80 year old with stage 4 bone cancer

Bait and switch company, tell you that they can fix it a set price, you pay, then afterwards say they now need to order parts and its extra, conveniently they do not take credit cards, only cash or debit so you have zero ways to get your money back...stay away from them!
