I was quoted $80 for a service call and when the repair man came, he charged me 320 dollars before looking at the Refrigerator. He then diagnosed that unit and said it was the compressor. The compressor was still under warranty by the manufacturer, but he wanted to swap with a different part and charge me over $1,700 dollars plus tax. When I called the manufacturer, they said this company does not have authorized repair technicians.
