fridge not working properly,freezing in vegetable tray technician oedered parts ,changed the board at the end of Aplil. last week we noticed the same problem, called the 1 866 number and i was told that there is no guarantee, For labour or parts.

Avoid this company. Poor advice and incompetence. Called them to repair my dishwasher. They said the pump had to be replaced and they had to order it from Bosch. Ten days later he arrives to install it and doesn't have a new water supply because they often break during the process. He has to order that. Twelve days later, he is back with the water supply but can't connect it. I now need a new main board he says. That will cost $1000. I've already paid $700 of an estimated $1100 bill that will now grow to $2100 with the new main board.
The incompetence and the steady creep of the bill, not to mention the elapsed time is unprofessional. They will not refund any of the amount I've paid...not even their margin on the useless pump they sold me. A disaster that never should have happened. Avoid and beware.

Inept. Expensive. They refuse to guarantee their work. Avoid them at all costs- and it WILL cost you a lot to hire them.

Technician assured me the machine was fixed and that was the reason for the high fee, although would need further parts down the road. The machine did not work at all after he left. Customer service rep Mira was rude and refused to send back technician or address the fact I paid for service I did not receive. In addition they completely messed up the appointment time. Never use this company.

Let me tell you a story about these guys. We called them because one of our fridges was not working properly.
They charge $400 just to come see what happened. So then they sent their expert, who apparently only comes every Thursday. So we waited every Thursday for this issue to get solved. 3 weeks to be exact.

They came in and charged us $1000. We thought the issue was fixed. But it wasnt fixed. So we called them back asking them to come back and look at it as the issue they said they fixed wasn't fixed. The warranty was useless.

Here comes the tech that says we need to spend $900 on a part for the fridge because something was wrong. We agreed because we thought these guys are professional. The guy came in with the part one week later. He installed a part in a five minutes and walked out. He didnt even check if anything was working. He told us give it 24hours to work. And to our surprise, the fridge still was not working. So we called them back and we asked them to come back again to see what happened.

The technician came in and told us that he is unable to fix this and for us to call the company and ask them for a refund because they will provide it because he doesnt know what the problem was and he is unable to fix it and he made a mistake.

Now we get to the good part. We called the company. They said call back on Monday to get a refund. Now we called them back on Monday and they said that we dont get no refund.

The lady who answered the phone was like no refunds its a step by step process the tech said has replace compressor now and that is what the tech had advised them. But the tech told us, he is unable to fix and call the company for a refund. The lady didnt want help so we asked to speak to the manager. The manager got on the phone and the manager said that nothing can be done.

So in the end, depending on this company that we thought could do a good job, we are out $2000. Customer service couldnt help us. The manager couldnt help us, and the technician who was scared to tell his company that he was unable to fix it, went back and told them another story. Im not even sure who we can go to about this, but dont depend on this company if you want to be out of money.

How we do keep trusting them to solve an issue based on step by step process if they couldn't solve it the first two times. And we only called the company because the technician told us call them and ask for the refund. So nothing was fixed and theyre asking us for more money to come back to see this fridge after spending $2000 already where we couldve just bought a whole brand new fridge for our restaurant. In these hard times people are facing, there come these scums who are here to pry money out of peoples hands

I paid $80.00 for a quote. This company wanted $529.55 + tax for a baking element replacement. I went to a dealer for the replacement cost...$75.00+tax. Installation took 10 minutes via youtube.

Unethical business model. I am writing this review after giving them multiple chances. I have called them multiple times for different services at different rental units. Every single time was the same story a technician shows up, they make a diagnosis confirming that they can fix it. They give a quote for labour and parts. They change the parts and they discovered the diagnosis was wrong and its something else thats broken. Usually a more serious repair is needed like a fridge compressor. However they insist that you pay for their labour which was based on the wrong diagnosis. So I end up being $300 down and still have to buy a new fridge/appliance. I called the manager to highlight that there seems to be an unethical business model. They practically didnt care, were defensive and said thats how they work. Beware.

We had a broken latch on our microwave that needed repair. Service tech said he could do it and so we signed to have them proceed. He then said he needed to take the unit to the shop snd could not tell me how long they would keep it. He then advised the part woukd be 800.00. We decided not to proceed and were charged 280 plus tax when the service call was advertised as 80. Tech argued with me and then said if we didnt pay they would send a collection agency after us.

I had a fridge serviced, including the installation of a $500 part. The technician assured me the repair was worth doing, as the fridge would last another 8 years or so. The problem persisted, even after a second visit ... the original problem presented 1 week after the first repair, and 1 week after the second. A call to the company resulted in a quote of another $500, a rude response, and a hangup.

n't ever use the A team appliance repair. Worst customer service experience ever. I had them come fix my washing machine charged me 900 dollars for the repair they came and said it was fixed which it wasn't. Had them come back 7 days later to which they said further repairs were needed but would be done for free. Now there telling me I have to pay additional 1200 dollars for the repair. The people I've talked to on phone don't care at all that they just took 900 dollars from me and left me with a washing machine that
doesn't work. DONT EVER USE THE A TEAM APPLIANCE REPAIR THEY ARE JUST A BUNCH OF DISHONEST PEOPLE
