Dryer not working and I had to pre pay for labour and parts No reply to calls/emails/messages until one email came back saying they were waiting for one more part to come in. He finally returned with one part-thats all that was needed-so what was the wait for? The part is online for $17.99 I was charged $588.00 for the part-just the dryer switch that took him 7 minutes to replace and $350 for labour Yes I timed it because my dog had to be kept in a room as he was afraid of dogs.
