Thank you for the feedback - love your advice: 'Speak your mind, because they can't read it for you! If they are having problems with customer service.' I couldn't agree more - feedback (positive and constructive) helps us make improvements.
Just one small clarification; Enbridge bills our customers on our behalf, but the home services are actually owned and performed by Direct Energy.
