We first met Technical Expert Darrick Willette when we had a breakdown of our previous furnace. We had difficulty finding a company which was dependable and could fix our equipment properly. Darrick helped us with keeping our old furnace running until we had to replace it. He then guided us through the purchase of a new furnace with helpful recommendations for our specific purposes.

This visit, we asked Darrick about suggestions for a replacement humidifier as I was unhappy with the performance of the one we had. In 10 minutes Darrick adjusted the unit, and now it performs perfectly! Darrick is the only one we trust to work on our furnace!

After 4 days of travel, we arrived home on Jan.14 afternoon to find the 7 year old Carrier Gas Furnace was not working and the temperature in the house was 11 C. Our telephone call to the

who could not find the records of the sale & 10 year warranty of
the furnace. The urgency of attending the break down was not acted on immediately and the Service Specialist was scheduled
for Jan.15 morning. We had to heat the house using 2 fireplaces
and 6 electric heaters on Jan.14 night to make it comfortable.
Good news started when Darrick showed up at 8am after telephoning at 7.30am about his arrival time. This was Darrick'
third service call. His excellent skills in trouble shooting, technical
explanations and communications has impressed in his earlier
visits. The results were immediate in starting up of the furnace
including a thorough check up and annual maintenance with in
45 minutes.

I have a furnace protection plan and called as I had concern about furnace operation. Technical expert Steve Bowden arrived within a few hours, did a thorough inspection, provided general advice and assured furnace was operating normally. I'm highly satisfied with quality of this service call.

We were having trouble with our Hot Water Tank, we barely had any hot water, a Reliance guy (Ken Hill) was awesom and fixed the problem. I called and he was there the very next day and was very courteous and was on time and our hot water seems to be great.

We met with Home Comfort Advisor Chris Pink to discuss benefits and pricing to upgrade from our traditional water heater to a tankless. Chris was awesome - punctual, personable and very informative. Installers James Patterson and Glenn Heary were likewise fantastic - prompt, efficient and diligent. Love the product and we're very pleased with our experience to date.

Our hot water tank was leaking. When we called up a technician was on site in the same day. He worked quickly and competently to fix the problem. Now there is no more water in our basement.

James and his partner came out to install a new furnace and air conditioning. They were both very polite and professional and answered all questions that we asked. They rolled out their "red carpet" to ensure that no mud or dirt was brought into the house and left their work area clean with nothing left behind. When the installations were complete James went through everything with us explaining how both the furnace and air conditioner worked. We would recommend Reliance Yanch to anyone that needs repairs or new equipment installed.

My mom's furnace quit on the coldest day of the winter 2014/15 season thus far. I found this out late in the day. I was able to contact customer service at Reliance who fielded my call in a timely and professional manner. Fortunate for me, Reliance accommodated our service request despite a busy day. They responded within a few hours, diagnosed the situation (1996 furnace needed to be replaced) and we able to source and install a new furnace within 24 hours. Jason was very professional and obviously very knowledgeable. It was a little complicated I think but he ensured he never stopped until the problem was fixed. I really appreciated his demeanour and friendly attitude.

The furnace had not been bringing the house up to the temp it's been set at and then today it temporarily did. Yesterday I called Reliance.Today Ian came. He was polite,put boot covers on to protect my floors, really seemed to know his stuff when I asked questions, gave me information about other services and and tuned up the furnace. Seems just fine now. Way to go Ian! Thanks for the great service.
