I needed service on the 9th of Jan. But roads were closed. Arrangements were made to come 1st thing in the morning.
Steve arrived as early as possible & fixed the problem & explained how it would be to my best interest to purchase a new furnace or rent as my furnace is 17 yrs old. He was very pleasant & informative.

The technician, Steve Bowden, came promptly even ahead of schedule. Service was great, tech very polite and knowledgable. He gave us a lot of hints to help us properly maintain our furnace.

Darrick is always smiling, from the time he starts his service maintenance (phone call to advise arrival time) call and until the time he departs. Darrick always provides us with a helpful hint on how tos and what nots which is very much appreciated.

As usual, Derek arrived on time, found the problem, fixed it, showed us how to adjust the humidifier for the seasons, checked our Life Breath and gave us helpful suggestions

Ken Hill was very professional, knew what he was talking about , had the problem fixed in no time and answered all questions we asked!!! Very friendly!!! Thank you Ken!!!

I went to work in the morning leaving a warm house and came back at lunch hour to a very cold house. Steve came to my house, was extremely friendly and very fast. I would have Steve back to my home any time!

On June 26th 2014, I made a payment to Reliance instead of Consumers gas. I no longer pay for this service at my new address. I have been waiting for this length of time for a credit of 259.53. I have been getting the run a round since my call in June and I am very frustrated that nothing has been done to resolve this. Waiting for an answer ASAP 705-252-3206

We had no heat for about 14 hours on one of the coldest nights of the year. Darrick was very polite and professional and easy to talk to. He fixed or furnace in about 5 minutes and we now have heat. Thanks Darrick!

I had no hot water, reliance tried to walk me through a reset, over the phone, it didn't work, so they sent a tech the next day and embarrassingly.... My gas was shut off to the heater! Easy fix and friendly service!

The water tank installer was Jonathan Cain and he was awesome.
Courteous, laid a red runner down to protect the carpet and explained everything I needed to know. If anything goes wrong with the tank again I would definitely request him for his excellent service.
