I was very happy with the service that I received. He was very helpful and very polite. Also, he was patient with my cat and dog when they got in the way.

Furnace flue was leaking. Took a while waiting on hold on the phone, and the technician made it to my place a few hours later than expected, but was extremely helpful, quick, and professional. Very satisfied.

My furnace stopped working just before Christmas. I phoned after 11 at night and received a call back before 9 the next morning. The workmen arrived around 10 and immediately diagnosed the problem. They ordered the part and told me that it would be in the next day. They kindly left a small ceramic heater for me to use until their return. As promised, they returned the next day and installed the new part. It was quickly installed and the workman left. A few days later, I noticed another small glitch with my furnace. I phoned and the workmen were there within a couple of hours and quickly fixed the small problem. I have a furnace protection plan with Reliance so the service calls and any parts needed were covered by the plan. The two workmen from the Clinton office were polite, they answered my questions and proved how knowledgeable they are in their work. I highly recommend this company, Rescom, for heating needs. Furnace was acting up, he diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Was friendly and clean with great customer service. Explained what was going on and was clear and concise. Would recommend.

Person who scheduled the call was helpful. The next person who assisted me ensured that copy of the missing section of the sales contract showing warranty would be provided when the technician comes, but no copy was provided.
