Reliance Yanch Home Comfort Barrie

My new home has a very technical residential boiler heating system. It stopped working on the 22rd December. I tried numerous companies and Reliance-Yanch was the only company to accommodate. The first technician to arrive contacted an experienced Technician named Dan Haley. Dan came out that day, worked into the evening hours and got my heat back for Christmas. He explained the complex system and was professional and considerate throughout. I am very confident in his abilities. Excellent Job, As a result, I have registered in their comfort Plan.

Our service technician, Jason Mitruk was excellent, He arrived as scheduled, was quick, efficient and very clean. Wore booties when he first came in and put protection down our stairs and into the furnace room. Work was completed to our satisfaction.

No hot water this morning for our showers! It's Sunday, more than likely we'll have trouble getting someone out to fix it. We expected to be told that we'd have to wait until Monday, however when we called, we were told we would get a call from a service person within three hours. He called in about an hour, and said he'd be out in about an hour. He came within that time (less than 2hrs total wait time) was very friendly and efficient, and had everything completed in about 1/2 hr. Great service!

Last March our furnace stopped working, the third time in three months. Josh from Reliance-Yanch figured out a way to fix it permanently. Since then its been working perfectly. Josh has just come back to service the furnace for our winter maintenance and it reminded me of what a great job he did last year. I am pleased that he takes the time to get the job done well and explains what the issues are and how he has dealt with them.

Mark made a special trip to the office on holiday Boxing Day. Owen Sound is the nearest water tank depot and he saved me an extra trip of 1 hour.

Steve Allen was the rep. He was very polite, efficient and very professional. He came on Christmas eve and replaced furnace blower motor. He explained everything . I was very happy and would recommend him to anyone.

Thank you to Ken Hill for fixing our hot water issue . He explained why we had no hot water and fixed the problem. A thorough check of the unit made me feel better . Thank you so much

Ken phoned ahead for his arrival time which was within the time frame given by the main office. He was prompt, polite and got the job done quickly and efficiently.

Two days before Christmas and our water tank leaked and flooded our basement at midnight. Called Reliance at midnight and within 12 hours they sent a technician. Jonathan Cain arrived on time and brought a new tank and parts. He replaced it quickly and was very pleasant and courteous. Thank you Jonathan, well done.
