My furnace stopped working just before Christmas. I phoned after 11 at night and received a call back before 9 the next morning. The workmen arrived around 10 and immediately diagnosed the problem. They ordered the part and told me that it would be in the next day. They kindly left a small ceramic heater for me to use until their return. As promised, they returned the next day and installed the new part. It was quickly installed and the workman left. A few days later, I noticed another small glitch with my furnace. I phoned and the workmen were there within a couple of hours and quickly fixed the small problem. I have a furnace protection plan with Reliance so the service calls and any parts needed were covered by the plan. The two workmen from the Clinton office were polite, they answered my questions and proved how knowledgeable they are in their work. I highly recommend this company, Rescom, for heating needs.
