We first met Technical Expert Darrick Willette when we had a breakdown of our previous furnace. We had difficulty finding a company which was dependable and could fix our equipment properly. Darrick helped us with keeping our old furnace running until we had to replace it. He then guided us through the purchase of a new furnace with helpful recommendations for our specific purposes. This visit, we asked Darrick about suggestions for a replacement humidifier as I was unhappy with the performance of the one we had. In 10 minutes Darrick adjusted the unit, and now it performs perfectly! Darrick is the only one we trust to work on our furnace!
