Darrick came to our house to do a cleaning. He was on time and friendly. He answered any questions we had regarding the furnace and also suggested a HRV for house to help with the moisture. We are now thinking of purchasing one as he gave us the pros of having one in our home. We will definantly recommend Darrick and Reliance to others as we had a great experince.

I was completely satisfied with Steve and his work that he did fixing my furnace, so my family had heat again.. He was nice, friendly, respectful, polite,on time and knowledgeable.

I am not happy with the length of time we were without hot water!!!! We were without hot water from Thursday January 15 to Monday January 19. Two trucks and 3 Reliance workers "fixed" the tank on Friday afternoon. The tank was not fixed. Jason Mitruk came on Sunday and ordered the required part. It came Monday am and he installed it on Monday at 4 pm. Too bad Jason didn't come in the first place. Jason knows his stuff. I did mention to the original 3 workers that the water is heavy with calcium etc.. Jason mentioned the gas valve was full of sediment. We pay a high fee to rent and we were inconvenienced for too long of a period of time.

Derrick has been here on several occasions now to fix various leaks and issues with our system and each time he has been extremely friendly, kind and knowledgeable. He has always called ahead and been within a respectable time frame arriving and completing the job. Thanks Derrick and Yanch

Our furnace broke down in the middle of January this year. We made a call to Reliance and received fast and professional service from Darrick Willette. He had serviced our furnace the year before for another issue and did warn us about the ventor motor. I should have taken his advice and had it dealt with before it died. We are very happy with the level of service that he has provided. Thank-You.

We gad Steve Bowden come to our home to fix the furnace this morning. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable which made the experience so much better. Steve's suggestions made a lot of sense and I will upgrade to the next level of protection plan based on our discussion of what would make sense for our home. Dan Haley came to our home on a Saturday as our Carrier Air cleaner was not working and we had some questions regarding the operation of our Humidifier. Arrived a little later than the scheduled time frame but given the low priority of the call & freezing temperatures it is totally understandable as there were certainly people with much more important issues than ours. Dan was very thorough in his inspection and it was deemed that the unit had a couple of different issues. He took the time to explain and offered options and professional opinions regarding both units. Pricing was very reasonable given the travel time and amount of time spent on diagnosing. Would highly recommend Dan and Reliance Yanch.
