In need. Last winter my furnace went down on me at least 4 times that I can recall ... Maybe more! That's when I signed on for the service plan.
Steve Bowden came out this time around and I thought I should stay home from work to follow the tech around instead of leaving it up to one if the boys - where I get tidbits of info back. Steve came in and have me the straight and narrow of what was going on. He showed me what was happening and now I can make an educated decision of replacing my old furnace. I like honesty in repair people and I'm glad I stayed home this time to see for myself what the problem was.

Our furnace broke down on one of the coldest days in January. The service rep Dan Haley called minutes before arriving. He was very courteous and determined the problem right away. Replaced and thanks to our warranty there was no charge for labour & service.

The display on our thermostat was blank and even though we had heat it was disconcerting to not be able to see or change the actual temperature. Steve Bowden the technical serviceperson who came to the house was very prompt, friendly and knowledgeable.

Happy with service; unhappy we had to wait two days for part with no furnace. Unhappy that Carrier did not have a recall on this part and I am responsible for replacement.

Darrick came to our house to clean our furnace and was great. He called before he came and was punctual, friendly and thorugh. He had been here before and knows our furnace. I highly recommend reliance and especially Darrick.

Our furnace was not performing well during December and I started to look around for a new furnace. Chris Pink came out to our house and went through various options for our house. After deciding to purchase the installer James was earlier than he thought and all work was done well and he cleaned up the crawl space when he finished. I am very happy with my experience.

Steve Bowden was the technician who came to repair my water heater. He was very helpful and knowledgeable, as well as being friendly. He was kind enough to point out how to operate the humidifier, and also showed me where all the shut-off valves are located, both on the water heater and the furnace. I hope in the future should I need any further assistance, that Steve is the one assigned to do the work.

Steve Bowden made it to my home on time. He was very knowledgeable with heating systems and explained each step of service to me as he was doing it. He went above and beyond to ensure my furnace was in excellent condition. A very polite service technician that did not waste any time.
