Emergency No Hot Water! Called Reliance and the service tech arrived 1/2 hour later-excellent. Repaired it. Tech explained everything. He was patient and he kept area clean-wore special booties!!! Great Service. We are signing for a maintenance contract.

Steve the Technician explained every step he was taking and knew the price of the repair needed which matched other estimates. He was polite and respectful of keeping the floors clean by wearing covers over his boots.

The tech (Ian Tellier) was great & knowledgeable. Reliance is a Carrier dealer and the original installer. The part and labour was fully covered under the warranty. As the original installer dealer you should have performed the work at no up cost to the client and get compensated under warranty from carrier instead of having the client pay out of pocket and be left to deal with the furnace manufacturer for the reimbursement.

Dan Haley was very informative. He answered all my questions and explained everything so that I could understand it. Very professional and courteous. He certainly is a valueble employee. I will recommend Dan to my friends and family.

I called to have my furnace looked over through my Home protection plan. The Technician was Steve Bowden. I would recommend asking for him by name....so informative, so polite and seemed to do a very through job. Very Happy customer!

Technician Steve Bowden reviewed our furnace/heating system. He gave several helpful tips for better operations of our current system, and also gave some suggestions for potential new furnace systems that we could use.

Great communication skills by Darrick Willette and Steve Bowden. My day was not unduly interrupted because I knew time of arrival, length of service etc. Efficient, friendly and professional. The cleanup was such that you would never know that there had been a service call.
