service tech Jason was on time friendly did quality work if he had came one day sooner instead of the person that was sent we would have had hot water sooner so a big thank you to Jason he know what he was doing

Jason Mitruk came to our home on time and was very professional, quick and efficient. he explained our options and was able to answer all our questions/ He then replaced our old water heater

It was -41C and our main source of heat, our gas fireplace, would not stay on. Darrick was prompt, pleasant, diagnosed & fixed the problem immediately. He also suggested other items that were of interest to me. Thanks Darrick & Yanch!

The technician Steve came and in minutes diagnosed the problem and quickly repaired my furnace . On top of that he gave me great suggestions for energy conservation .He showed up right on time and the cost was perfect . Thanks Yanch and Steve .

It's the coldest day of the year and we come home and furnace is not working. We called Reliance and they promptly came out and fixed the problem. Darrick was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient.

I am under contract with Reliance. I was very satisfied with Reliance Yanch for responding so quickly and Darrick Willette, the tec was just wonderful. Took his time to explain the problem and corrected it right away, did not leave till I was totally satisfied that no problem would occur after he left. I am very pleased with the Yance company.

Work was done April 24th, 2014. Tech wrote down my credit card number incorrectly. I moved to a new house in October, and just found out today that payment was not received. I was given no prior notice that there was an outstanding balance, and I guess a customer is just expected to have an extra $158 kicking around when they decide to ask for it. I'm pretty sure this is not how to run a successful business. Considering contacting the Better Business Bureau.

My Furnace Humidifier was not working. I called Reliance for service and within an hour technician Darrick Willette was at my door. He quickly identified the problem and in a very short time had the Humidifier operating again. I was very impressed with the assistance and friendliness of everyone I came in contact with from Reliance including Darrick Willette and the lady I first contacted on the phone.
