We had our furnace serviced by Darrick Willette, he knew the exact issue that we were having and was able to fix it in a very timely manner. Darrick was very pleasant and knowledgable.

Just want to thank Ian Tellier for his excellent service! Very polite and efficient young fellow! He had our furnace up and running in no time. I'd recommend him as a great technician anytime! And thanks to our protection plan with Reliance, there was no bill at the end. Thank you guys! Stay warm during this deep freeze!

They responded very quickly our furnace quit on Monday evening (family day) by Thursday we had a a new furnace and a warm house. Thanks to Sara Harrison, James Patterson and Tyler, and Dan Haley

Our furnace stopped working and wouldn't turn on and it was the coldest day of the year! Thank goodness Ian from reliance showed up that morning and got it started up for us again! Glad I invest in the system protection plan they offer under $20 a month!!! Great service every time!

Dan Haley showed up and worked quickly to restore heat to our home. We called Reliance at 3 in the morning and they were here by 830. Dan's work was clean and efficient, diagnosing the problem, fixing a leak, replacing a wiring harness and out the door in easily less than three quarters of an hour.

service was excellent @ fast., service agent very helpful and certainly knew his business. he cleaned out vents that i never new existed. i would recommend this company to everyone.

I had a burned out igniter in my hot water tank over the Family Day long weekend. The first technician, Ken, did not really check it properly. He plugged and unplugged it twice and said he didn't like the sound it made (normal cycling of relays). He then told me I needed a new hot water tank. I checked it later that day and found it had a burned out igniter, an easy repair. So I called and complained. Ed Schaefer, the operations manager who phoned me back, and Jason Mitruk, the technician who came the next day, were courteous, professional, and made the appropriate repair in minutes. I wholeheartedly would recommend Jason for this kind of service.

Our furnace wasn't keeping up with the cold. I called Reliance with whom I have a service contract and Steve Bowden came out within an hour and fixed the problem. He was knowledgeable and efficient.

Our Furnace broke down at 1am this morning. We had Steve Bowden from Reliance Yanch home comfort come to service our Furnace by 8:45am. He knew that the ventor Motor had seized with a quick inspection and a description of the problem. Steve got back and installed the new part all before 10am. And now we have HEAT!! Thank you Reliance for the quick response and services. The $40.00 a month rental is totally worth it!! No charges to be paid by me at all, I saved over $1000.00 AMAZING!!! And Thank you especially to Steve for his quick services and just being a great guy! He was very friendly with lots of great advice!!!
