Friendly, efficient service. Staff are well informed and provide excellent care. I especially thank Reliance Yanch for keeping me informed of times of service call. This is very much appreciated.

James and Mason were very professional. They arrived on time and made sure to keep the work area clean. They went above our expectations and probably left their work area cleaner than they found it. James explained all of the work and was very happy to answer our questions. He made sure we knew how to contact him in case we had any questions or concerns.

Salesman Andre Ladouceur was great - answered all questions - available by phone, email and even came to house to discuss.
Install guys - great- efficient, respectful, knowledgeable
Problem after install - Steve Bowden was second service man - very polite, efficient, knowledgeable. Took his time and answered all questions. Will ask for him when needed.
Problem - was told twice that a manager would call to discuss problem - waited for call but never happened.
Also - to call in to service is impossible - placed on hold for 20-30 minutes with no way to talk to a person. Very frustrating

We installed an HRV in the house as our home had a lot of humidity, windows were sweating causing mildew. The air seemed moist all the time. So we invested in this HRV. The guys who came to install - James and Mason, were exceptional in their work, very neat and cleaned up well. During this bitter winter, we had the humidity go to 23%, which is also not good, so we called the technician. Steve came and advised us to put it off completely, which we did. He gave us good advice on how to maintain the unit and clean it, so it could serve us for many years to come. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant in his service. This is a great company for HVAC services.

Jason was the employee who came to fix our hot water tank issue. Jason called before he arrived to let me know when to expect him and was right on time. He was very polite and was able to identify the problem quickly. I thank Jason for his professionalism and prompt attention to our problem.

Ian called before he arrived, provided quality service within a reasonable amount of time, made sure I knew about the paperless system and how it worked and asked if I had any questions. He also made sure I had the size of filter I would need. Great job, thanks!

Steve Bowden was excellent pointed out important information about the furnace.

He cleaned and tuned the flame and tested the furnace also pointed out that the thermostat needs batteries annually I wouldn't have known this !

Our furnace was squeaking loudly on our 13 year old furnace on the coldest day of the year. Steve Bowden assessed the problem immediately and gave a range of recommendations. Follow up call from an expert followed within minutes and although we opted for a new furnace - being caught without heat at 20 below is the worst case scenario.

Great Job, James and Mason from Reliance/Yanch. Every aspect of the job was done very professionally. Everything they said they would do - they did. James also took the time to carefully explain the operation and maintenance of our new furnace. They definitely earned our 5 star rating.
