Air Treatment Climate Care

We have been long standing customers (18 years) with Air Treatment and have had a serious and surprising customer service issue arise recently. We are currently working with the company to determine how it will be resolved. I have given a star rating based on our experience prior to this customer service issue but will update it accordingly after the resolution.

Denise, our technician, has a lufe-time of experience, she came to our home immediately after calling by appointment and clarified all of our needs! Clearly, precisely and with zero upsell pressure! She ordered our equipment - communicated every step and sent her installation team two times to accommodate a complicated third floor heat pump and AC system - for roughly 700 square feet. It went perfectly and absolutely surpassed all of our expectations. Now in use, I'll say confidently it was worth every penny and we are over the moon. Most grateful!

Excellent Service! We purchased a ductless air-conditioner which continually suffered from manufacture's defects. Air treatment promptly responded to all service issues without complaints and eventually replaced the unit free of cost when it became apparent the unit was simply unfixable due it's defects preventing the intended use. They contacted the manufacturer and quickly replaced the unit, and promptly with their team installed it. Denise handled the matter from start to finish with the utmost professionalism, class, and we cannot thank her enough for her service.

I switched to Climate Care a few years ago and am 100 percent satisfied with their service ! The office employees through to the technicians are amazing professional, respectful , knowledgeable, dependable and extremely personable . Absolutely a 10 + !!!
