Ken Hill, the Service Tech called to say he was on route. Arrived on time, very friendly and explained the issue very well. Left no mess and answered all my questions.

The furnace in our rental unit konked out on the coldest weekend of the 2015 winter season. Darrick from Reliance arrived promptly the next morning, diagnosed the problem quickly, had the part in his van and had us back on the ski hill by mid morning.

My recent yearly geothermal service call was superlative. Dan was very thorough and took the time to carefully answer all inquiries. He was most instrumental in reviewing all test results as these specifically relate to the maintenance checklist. He also provided a couple points which will allow the system to operate at peek efficiency plus save on energy costs as well. Thanks a million Dan!

My furnace wouldn't fire on a very cold Sunday, our home was 14 degrees. Steve Allen was our tech and was very helpful. Explained what was wrong and made it easy to understand. Gave very good advice and they only charged one service call fee. Great service with realistic rates. Because on a Sunday, the competition wanted $250.00 per hour! I paid total $110.00 tax incl. highly recommended

Steve Bowden was the technician that came to do the service call when my furnace died on the coldest night. Unfortunately the company doesn't have am emergency service 24hrs, but not the technicians fault, he was great. Fixed the issue quickly and recommended a few things that I am now thinking about doing. He was friendly efficient and even put booties on to save my floors. I hope that if I have another problem he comes to fix it.

Our technicians were Jonathan and his brother. They were here first thing in the morning, were friendly and worked quickly and efficiently. Our house was warm again by noon. Thank you.

Discovered a leak in my water heater called and was given an immediate service time of within 3 hours. Jason Mitruk was at my door in 30 mins. He identified the problem right away and had it fixed in 10 mins. I was very impressed with time and quality of service, it was only topped by the friendly service of Jason and the gentleman answering the service call. Thank you.

My 'trusted advisor' was Jason Mitruk. He completed the entire project in under 90 minutes and was courteous, knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. He left his work site as clean as he found it (possibly cleaner).
