By chance i called Reliance-Yanch beacuse our reg. furnace guy was no were to be found. turns out that was a good thing. Reliance not only repaired the furnace but it was also under waranty, we had just purchaced the property not long ago and did not know we still had waranty on the furnace. Ian T. made the repairs and let us know the part was under waranty ($800.00) and the charge was only the service call + tax. Thank you Reliance-Yanch

This is the second time in less than a year I've had the pleasure of meeting a Mark to work on my water heater. Both times he had to replace the computer panel. Mark was prompt and got the heater working very quickly. Both times I was only without hot water a few hours. What's disappointing is the quality of the product to have to be replaced so often. Guess that's why we have to pay the big bucks monthly for rental.

Water heather went out on Saturday and could not get the pilot to relight. called reliance service late Saturday and had service tech John contacted me early Sunday morning. Was at my house within 45 min. John did a quick diagnosis of the problem, had the parts with him and was able for replace the defective parts quickly. He fully explained the problem to my wife. He was very friendly and competent. Management should be very proud of the this associate being the face of the company.

The technician, Jonathan, resolved the problem quickly and explained everything thoroughly. He left the job site neat and tidy and was very courteous. I am pleased that the problem was corrected in a timely fashion

As always Darrick provided professionalism and expertise during this service call. One never looks forward to a service call, but Darrick always makes the visit enjoyable. Thank you very much Darrick!

My furnace broke down and within a few house the Yanch people were on hand to get the new switch installed. The technician Ian Tellier was excellent. I'd highly recommend them!

Placed a call for our water heater and shortly after we received a call and a home visit from Mark. Dispatcher said not to expect service today, Sunday, so we were more than pleasantly surprised to receive both a call and service!!!! Professional, friendly, efficient and knowledgable! Jason Mitruk is a very competent, knowledgable advisor who rectified the problem with my water heater in a very efficient manner. Jason was thorough in explaining what the cause of the problem was, replaced the part and answered any questions I had pertaining to my water heater. Thanks again for the excellent service.

Steve Bowden serviced are furnace tonight. He is very proficient at his job and we learned a lot of key points to maintaining our furnace. Sure could use more technicians like Steve Keep put the great work Steve.
