As a customer who was ready to give up on Reliance , Steve Allen has made a huge difference with his service provided in my home today! He was extremely polite, and very thorough! He took time to explain how the thermometer works and let me know for the first time ever that I should have someone come and look at the air conditioning unit each spring/summer! Then made sure I had no more questions before he left. Steve is definitely a major asset for your company.

we just moved into a new house and finished renovations of our basement. We knew that our ducts and furnace needed to be cleaned to remove the drywall dust. Darrick came in and was very friendly, informative and explained what he was going to do and what we could do to ensure the optimization of our furnace.. Jason Mitruk arrived promptly - two hours ahead of time quoted! He quickly accessed the problem (he showed me the problem part) and was able to fix it within approximately 15 minutes.

We a have used Reliance previously for furnace issues, once again they came through for us, Darrick Willette came out to assess the problem on a Saturday morning and even though he was unable to fix it on the spot, he went above and beyond to get us the part needed. Even making a trip to Barrie to pick it up and keeping in touch with us to set up a second visit. He fixed out furnace and we are toasty warm again. Great service and awesome insurance plan I would highly recommend this company!
