I moved in less than a week ago and found out that yes, I had heat, but that I could not make changes to the programable thermostat as the screen was broken. After troubleshooting on the internet I call Reliance. Steve called to let me know he was on his way and when he arrived we discovered I had a PowerSaver Thermostat. He offered to wait while I called them, then replaced my thermostat, programmed it and explained my furnace to me! Best experience ever. Thank you so much! I will be booking service for my furnace and A/C soon.
