2nd water heater service call in under a year. Products in general not what they used to be. Probaby all made in CHINA or other 2nd world contry. Technician Ken was very prompt, polite and instantly knew what the problem was. 15 minutes and he was done. I never had issues with their technicians, they have been top notch. I just think their inferior products give them job security LOL! Never had issues with electric water heater EVER in my old home and it was 15 years old. This gas one in my home is only 5 and two service calls in under a year. See you again in a few months I suppose.
