We had a new A/C serviced and started up for the very first time. Steve Bowden came and helped us. He gave us so much information and answered all our questions. He was fantastic. He gave us pointers on perfect operating performance and how to maintain the unit. It was a great experience and enjoyable.

Josh arrived early for the appointment but called ahead and this fit my schedule much better. He was very courteous and took time to explain the different issues that arose. When he was done he made the call to set up the repair appointment right away. Thanks Josh

I am absolutely impressed with the work, professionalism, and customer service I received with reliance, team members were Steve Allen and Dan Haley. As a woman, I know very little what to expect with this kind of service. They were extremely understanding of my lack of knowledge and educated me. I was even shown before and after examples of their work. I have severe allergies and as an extreme cleanest I feel completely confident in the work they have done. My husband was gone but they made me feel comfortable when asking questions, and answered every single one. I would definitely call this company if and when I need them, I would also ask for Steve or Dan.

This two day installation went very quickly. Second installation from Reliance this time two different installers, James Patterson and Glen H. Punctual, Neat, efficient and quality of workmanship was superb. We are very pleased with results.

I made a call to Reliance Home Comfort for a service call, my service technician was there within 45 minutes. His name was Ken Hill. This guy was a cut above the rest, he listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. He was knowledgeable and did a full inspection of my hot water tank. He was everything you hope for in a service technician and more. Thanks Ken phenomenal service!!

Explained everything the homeowner should known about his furnace and air conditioning.

we call around 3 pm to tell them we had a problem with the furnace by 5 pm technitian Don Haley showed up to are resident in know time he had found the problem and heat was back on it was great service very happy

Tim Hill was promt, courteous and very friendly. Went about his work in an efficient manner. He worked as quietly as was possible for the job at hand. He left everything as clean as he found it.

I had a vibration start in my air handler and called Monday morning. I got a call back from Steve Bowden within an hour and he came over to diagnose the problem. He determined the blower fan was faulty and proceeded to make arrangements to get a new one. Steve has been my service guy the last few times and is very knowledgeable and efficient. I would recommend him and Reliance to anyone.
