Hot water tank (rental) stopped working - under warranty - called Reliance. Scheduled appointment for next morning. Service men came on time.

Josh was good. Patient and provided great service. The furnace wasn't working proper and josh came out explained the problem and explained the potential solutions. Very satisfied with the company.

We were having an issue with the hot water not heating therefore called Reliance to take a look, they set up the appointment promptly for today and the Trusted Advisor (Christian Janssens) was prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable, however the problem could not be fixed as it was a mixing valve issue, nevertheless Christian explained to us that we need to contact a plummer. Kudos to Christian, he is definitely an asset to the company, way to go Christian:)

Darrick was fantastic. He came on time. Explained everything. He was very friendly and polite. He was nice enough to start the kids rooms first so i could put my son down for a nap. It was nice to see the dirt that was collected. I would highly recommend this service and recommend Darrick. We used the Wag Jag deal for the price was great.

Jason Mitruk was very friendly as soon as I opened the door. He explained why he was here and what he was to do. Afterwards, he fully explained the results of the furnace inspection. He wore protective foot gear and all round great experience.

Ken Hill was quick and professional, got our water heater up and running. He showed up within the appointed time and fixed our issue.

The service attendant Darrick was great, very friendly, and very concise. Paid very close attention to detail, and walked me through the entire cleaning process. After the cleaning was completed he showed what was actually removed from within the system Highly Recommended.

Our handy-man Jason was very efficient and came as soon as he could, to provide us with hot water for the day. He called half an hour before his arivval and was right on time. The job itself only ended up taking 10 mins!
