Had a great experience with Glors, the technician was very knowledgeable and patient in explaining everything.

I turned off our AC earlier this week due to the cooler temperatures. When it got hot again yesterday, I turned it back on only to realize no cold air was coming through the vents. The AC unit was also completely silent.

I contacted Glors Heating & Air Conditioning this afternoon and a technician came by about 2 hours later.

The technician, Bryce, was polite, professional, and very thorough with diagnosing the issue. It was determined that part of the contactor had burnt out and needed to be replaced.

I cannot recommend this company enough for its reasonable pricing, and being prompt and accommodating.

Very quick response and service was excellent. They are expert professionals and did an excellent job. They verified and confirmed that the new AC unit installed was functioning as expected. Work was very clean and performed in a timely manner.

Following a referral from a friend, we contacted GLORS to purchase a brand new furnace, air conditioner and humidifier.

AC broke on us in the dead of heat. Glors was recommended to us by a friend. They showed up an hour after calling them and assessed the problem. Unfortunately we needed a new AC. Ours was very old. They went out of there way to get it installed the same day! Extremely professional and kind technicians. They gave us 3 choices to choose from. We went with the top of the line. Highly recommended.
Update: had a small issue a couple weeks later on the unit. One quick call and a technician was over to fix it within 2 hours on a weekend to questions asked.

The Glors team was very professional and efficient. During an email flooding of basement their team came right away and had the appropriate inventory to install the furnace and hot water tank.

Had a GREAT experience with GLORS team very recently! My AC stopped working and had to be replaced. GLORS team took care of the case VERY PROFESSIONALLY from the beginning to the end - consulting, home visit, installation. They found some issues from my current setup while installing but the team took care of it instantly without additional charge! Overall installation was done extremely well. The technicians Brycee and Mike were very pleasant ,professional,respectful and helpful. I would recommend them anytime.

Old water tank started leaking and three hours later Glors had two technicians (Mike and Bryce were great!) installing a new tank. Good communication, and transparent about costs. Originally agreed for them to do some additional pipe work but when they saw the current setup told me it was fine and to save the money which I appreciated.

Will def work with them again for any other heating and AC work!
