Thoroughly impressed by Vaibhav. We contacted him regarding an urgent need. He listened to our
requirements & understood our urgency regarding the situation. We were then provided with couple of
options and his recommendation. It was an easy decision for us & we decided to go ahead with his
recommendation.

Once we mutually decided to move forward, his team (Mike & Bryce) arrived the day after and the
installation was done professionally and swiftly.

This is the second time that I have used GLORS. Patel installed an air conditioner a number of years ago for us and was so professional and helpful. His prices are also competitive. When our furnace suddenly broke down and needed to be replaced we called Patel. He attended right away and was able to install our new furnace almost immediately. As a repeat customer of GLORS, used their services recently for another property of mine where I live in currently which came with a 15yr old A/C that broke down. Having the monthly plan with another company their tech diagnosed that it needs R22 gas thats banned and only option is to replace the unit. Thought of the man in the hour of need who helped me out in my prior home, called Patel and he explained why its banned and how I can maximize my investment in replacing it with a new A/C unit while taking advantage of the Heat Pump rebate program, that gets me $7100 and ongoing savings on utility bills and warranty etc. I am extremely happy to have proceeded with his advice as not only their prices were the best compared to the big companies, they showed up next day and their work was awesome as expected. My neighbors came to check out the work and have only good things to say about the work done by GLORS and are interested in taking advantage of the rebate program replacing their old units. Needed to ensure no gas would be coming from the bbq line for safety reasons

I had a very good experience while getting work done at our house. We have our furnace fail during peak winter and Glors replaced our furnace promptly and also helped us get the government rebate on same . We also got our AC replace from them this year and as always the service was prompt and if high quality. There prices are also very reasonable based on the service they provide.

Extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They patiently answered all of my questions and I felt I was in good hands. They were prompt and efficient and we are thrilled with the air conditioner they installed and the cost. Would definitely use them again for any other HVAC issues

Sunday evening, our AC broke. Came to HomeStars to request a quote from several companies, and we got a call from Glors within 2 minutes. Spoke to Patel at length, who was VERY knowledgeable and answered all our questions. We were able to make an appointment for early Monday morning, and by noon we had a new AC. The installation team was on time, courteous and professional, and the AC unit itself was very affordable. We are very pleased with Glors, and would recommend them completely.

Professional courteous service. They laid down a protective walkway in the house to protect my hardwood floors. They double checked everything before leaving and made prompt arrangements to have all garbage removed. Can't thank them enough. I was going to have my AC charged but for the price difference it was a no brainer to get a new unit.
