Work was done April 24th, 2014. Tech wrote down my credit card number incorrectly. I moved to a new house in October, and just found out today that payment was not received. I was given no prior notice that there was an outstanding balance, and I guess a customer is just expected to have an extra $158 kicking around when they decide to ask for it. I'm pretty sure this is not how to run a successful business. Considering contacting the Better Business Bureau.
