Dan Haley came to our home on a Saturday as our Carrier Air cleaner was not working and we had some questions regarding the operation of our Humidifier. Arrived a little later than the scheduled time frame but given the low priority of the call & freezing temperatures it is totally understandable as there were certainly people with much more important issues than ours. Dan was very thorough in his inspection and it was deemed that the unit had a couple of different issues. He took the time to explain and offered options and professional opinions regarding both units. Pricing was very reasonable given the travel time and amount of time spent on diagnosing. Would highly recommend Dan and Reliance Yanch.
