I am not happy with the length of time we were without hot water!!!! We were without hot water from Thursday January 15 to Monday January 19. Two trucks and 3 Reliance workers "fixed" the tank on Friday afternoon. The tank was not fixed. Jason Mitruk came on Sunday and ordered the required part. It came Monday am and he installed it on Monday at 4 pm. Too bad Jason didn't come in the first place. Jason knows his stuff. I did mention to the original 3 workers that the water is heavy with calcium etc.. Jason mentioned the gas valve was full of sediment. We pay a high fee to rent and we were inconvenienced for too long of a period of time.
