My mom's furnace quit on the coldest day of the winter 2014/15 season thus far. I found this out late in the day. I was able to contact customer service at Reliance who fielded my call in a timely and professional manner. Fortunate for me, Reliance accommodated our service request despite a busy day. They responded within a few hours, diagnosed the situation (1996 furnace needed to be replaced) and we able to source and install a new furnace within 24 hours. Fabulous customer service throughout the entire experience. Thank you to the Reliance Team as well as Jeff Moore, Home Comfort Advisor for such incredible service.
