By far the best service and experience I have ever encountered. As a realtor I see do many unhappy clients and furniture companies who disappoint. Israel and his staff are top notch! Great service great prices and modern look!

I wanted to pass on a note to tell you about the great customer service I experienced with my recent purchase of a dinette set.

The sales staff were very courteous as well as the person who handled the payment. I picked up the product myself rather than having it delivered. The young lads at the back pick up area were pleasant and loaded the boxes in the back of my vehicle.

?When assembling the table and chairs I noticed an area with slight damage on one of the chair backs. I called the store within the 3 days as recommended by the young lad who loaded my vehicle. Within a couple of days a new chair back was ordered for me.

I picked it up last weekend and replaced it so I know have a dinette set that I use every day.

I would to thank everyone at the store for making my shopping experience a very pleasant one. You often hear about the negative experiences so I thought it important to share a positive one. I expect I am not the only customer you treat with kindness and respect.

I will definitely visit your store again when I am need for something else for my home and will recommend you to friends and family.

I was referred to Christine Samuel at Arrow Furniture at the Brampton location, from a friend. When I visited the Brampton location, Christine offered me amazing customer service and helpful advice. She treated me like Royalty. She was easily accessible as she gave me both her business and cell numbers. I had a great shopping experience. Arrow offers great selection of sofa sets at great prices. Everything was in stock and got my delivery quickly.The delivery staff was great as well. I will definitely be recommending Christine to everyone!!

Karen (the sales rep) at Scarborough location was very helpful from the very beginning until after delivery where she called to make sure all is as we wanted and ensuring the fabric protection applied to our satisfaction.
Delivery time could have been better but that's what we buy into when we go for custom designs anyways...

I purchased an ivory sofa from Arrow in Brampton. After weeks of waiting, my sofa arrived. Unfortunately, it arrived with the wrong legs and slightly dirty. One side looked particularly dirty because the frame penetrated through the fabric creating a line of grey. After having a mini stroke, I called costumer service. At first , there was a lot of back and forth and it became more inconvenient and frustrating. I reached the point of boiling because almost another two weeks passed and still nothing was really done. I called back and this time wanted to speak to the manager directly because the service rep could only do so much. I spoke with Israel and he was very helpful. He made sure that I was taken care of. He arranged for the couch to be picked up and sent back to Decor-Rest for repair because the cleaning company couldn't get the marks off, and did so in a timely fashion. Even after the couch was delivered a second time and it had a slight defect, Israel sent a technician to fix it. After all the headaches this light coloured couch created for me, Israel did his best to make me happy and now I have my gorgeous couch back. He turned my unfortunate experience into a more tolerable one where I would think about dealing with Arrow again. Had he not stepped in and fixed the problems for me, this company would not get my business again. He truly stands by his costumers and represents this company well. Many managers in the business could learn from him.

Royce at the Scarborough location was excellent from start to finish. When we told him about the leveling issue with our chairs that were purchased as part of the dining table, he was very prompt in addressing it and the issue was remedied quickly. I appreciate that my concerns weren't ignored once I had paid but he helped me out instead, and I wish I had purchased all our furniture from Arrow as a result of the superior customer service. Keep up the good work Royce!

I have bought multiple items from your Scarborough location, including a bedroom set and couches, amongst other items.

Royce has always been my go-to sales person. I only deal with him for multiple reasons. His level of customer service is unmatched to any I've ever experienced in my years of purchasing home furnishings. He is always accessible, and works hard to make sure his clients are satisfied. His quick actions and attention to detail truly set him above the rest. If any glitch should arise, he is right there offering alternative suggestions or facilitating the client's request. I feel confident in my interactions with Royce as he shows my home the same respect I feel he would show his own. He is truly an outstanding person to work with.

It is a very good experience to work with Karen as Sales Rep. at Scarborough location. She is patient to hear my introduction and provided her opinions, meanwhile very good follow up after sales, for example, she called voluntarily to check if anything is ok and recommend solution if anything didn't go smoothly. As a customer, I feel comfortable to put my home decoration into Karen's hands.

I had a positive experience with Karen at the Scarborough location. The mattress and box spring are very comfortable that she helped me choose. Furniture delivery was smooth and the men were very efficient. I am pleased with our purchase from Arrow and would go back.
