An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
Royce at the Scarborough location was excellent from start to finish. When we told him about the leveling issue with our chairs that were purchased as part of the dining table, he was very prompt in addressing it and the issue was remedied quickly. I appreciate that my concerns weren't ignored once I had paid but he helped me out instead, and I wish I had purchased all our furniture from Arrow as a result of the superior customer service.
