An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
I wanted to pass on a note to tell you about the great customer service I experienced with my recent purchase of a dinette set.
The sales staff were very courteous as well as the person who handled the payment. I picked up the product myself rather than having it delivered. The young lads at the back pick up area were pleasant and loaded the boxes in the back of my vehicle.
?When assembling the table and chairs I noticed an area with slight damage on one of the chair backs. I called the store within the 3 days as recommended by the young lad who loaded my vehicle. Within a couple of days a new chair back was ordered for me.
I picked it up last weekend and replaced it so I know have a dinette set that I use every day.
I would to thank everyone at the store for making my shopping experience a very pleasant one. You often hear about the negative experiences so I thought it important to share a positive one. I expect I am not the only customer you treat with kindness and respect.
I will definitely visit your store again when I am need for something else for my home and will recommend you to friends and family.
